Jiangang Yao co-founded SDIT (Shanghai Digital Information Technology, Inc.) in December 2002. Combining keen market insight with a unique sense of innovation, Jiangang Yao helped develop and perfect the company's sense of direction and current core strengths which include offshore software outsourcing services.
Prior to his role as co-founder of SDIT, Jiangang Yao went to the United States to continue his education and in 1991 obtained his Ph.D. in Economics. Shortly thereafter, he became the primary founder of China Net 21, Inc. and returned to China in 2003. With the acquired software technology and management acumen, he has led SDIT to achieve great success with a special project-based outsourcing model and has proven SDIT's quality by attaining CMM3 certification in 2005.
Each month, many clients from around the world visit SDIT to discuss possibilities of cooperation with regards to offshore software outsourcing. In order to adapt to this rapid development in business, SDIT has expanded its Shanghai office and is actively planning the establishment of domestic subsidiaries.
