Jiangang Yao co-founded SDIT (Shanghai Digital Information Technology, Inc.) in December 2002. Combining keen market insight with a unique sense of innovation, Jiangang Yao helped develop and perfect the company's sense of direction and current core strengths which include offshore software outsourcing services.
Prior to his role as co-founder of SDIT, Jiangang Yao went to the United States to continue his education and in 1991 obtained his Ph.D. in Economics. Shortly thereafter, he became the primary founder of China Net 21, Inc. and returned to China in 2003. With the acquired software technology and management acumen, he has led SDIT to achieve great success with a special project-based outsourcing model and has proven SDIT's quality by attaining CMM3 certification in 2005.
