Some related units have cooperated with IBM and established "IBM Software Talents Training Base (Hefei)"; some cooperated with HP and Carnegie Mellon University to establish "Carnegie Mellon ¨C HP Software Institute (Hefei Branch"; and some have established Hefei services outsourcing vocational training schools and other local training organizations.
