The park adhere to the principle that mainly focusing on Japan and South Korea, globally attracting investment, and continuously travelling to Japan and Korea to promote. This year, during "Dalian Week" in Korea, Duo You group decided to invest 130 million US dollars to establish Korean service outsourcing base. The park energetically attracts world's top 500 enterprises and large multinational corporations to establish regional headquarters, technical processing centers and BPO centers. There are 40 world's top 500 enterprises, and 6 global top 10 software outsourcing enterprises have set up branches in the park.
In the aspect of promoting onshore service outsourcing, the park supports small and medium-sized software enterprises' innovative products and independent services through government procurement, by this way, the file management system of enterprises research and development has been promoted in Dalian. The park has set up special funds to support enterprises to independently innovated embedded software products, and actively participate in the transformation and upgrading of traditional industry through independently innovated embedded software products.
