According to the "views on speeding up the development of service outsourcing industry" issued by Shandong provincial government and the spirit of documents, agreed by the Shandong provincial government, the Office of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the Office of Information Industry, Technology and the Office of Finance recently identified 12 areas (zone) to be "Demonstration International Service Outsourcing Bases in Shandong Province", of which three are in Qingdao, they're respectively Shinan District, the Laoshan District, and Shibei District.
Concerned persons in the information industry in Qingdao introduced that the demonstration bases will be built up by provincial and city support, relevant departments in Shandong Province will use macroeconomic policy, plan, design and introduce comprehensive coordination to actively support the public service platform building of outsourcing services, human resources, culture and international service outsourcing enterprises certification, market development; municipalities and demonstration bases will further develop practical development planning and policy measures to protect the investment, speed up the base infrastructure, industry environment, personnel support system and service outsourcing public services platform, the introduction of famous domestic and international service outsourcing enterprises, fostering main large-scale international service outsourcing, and build a strong international service outsourcing bases with competitiveness.
It is learnt that the 12" Demonstration International Service Outsourcing Bases in Shandong Province" are Shinan District of Qingdao, Huaiyin District of Jinan City, Zhifu District of Yantai, Weihai Economic and Technological Development Zone in Yantai Software Park (A zone, B zone), Laoshan district of Qingdao, Changqing District of Jinan, the torch high-tech Industrial Development Zone in Weihai, Shibei District of Qingdao City, Central District of Jinan City, Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone and high-tech industrial park of Rizhao.
