For example, about the mentality and personality, person who is working in software industry must be able to endure the loneliness; the person who is impetuous cannot be competent for this position.
Based on the special nature of software industry, Wang Shuang advised that the following countries which were ok for going abroad were Japan, the United States, Australia and Canada. The important prerequisite for getting important position and high salary is to enter a renowned college for further education.
