In the animation building at Qingdao Software Park, training of digital animation talents has begun. This is only a microcosm of the "Thousands project" of qualified software personnel in Qingdao City. Informed by Qingdao Software Park, from this year, Qingdao will joint outsourcing companies, outsourcing training institutions and Colleges in Qingdao, jointly launched "Thousands project", the outsourcing services personnel training, and train more than 10,000 service outsourcing professionals in five years or so.
The "Thousands project", jointly launched by the software park and relevant departments, includes two directions of animation and IT training. In addition, it will launch Japan outsourcing, call centers, logistics management, finance, human resources outsourcing of financial and other professional training. It is reported that a number of well-known enterprises such as Microsoft, IBM and so on expressed great interest, and they will provide help for outsourcing talent employment.
According to the plan, in 2010, Qingdao will need service outsourcing employees of more than 80,000 people, and it will be more than 300,000 people in 2015. Till now, outsourcing professionals in Qingdao are only around 20,000 people, the gap remains huge. This year, there has formed six major software talent training base in the Qingdao city, they are 1.5 academic software talent training base, outsourcing of training bases for Europe and America cooperated with IBM, outsourcing of talent Training Base for Japan cooperated with Japanese Alps, China's Hai'er software talent training base of China Software institute, Qingdao International NIIT software engineer training bases and Beida Jade Bird New training centers, the six major base can train about 2,000 useful software talents each year. Relevant persons believe that the "Thousands project" started in Qingdao City will make software personnel training "accelerate" significantly, and reverse the situation of the fundamental lack of human resources outsourcing services.
