The first service outsourcing base in Hebei Province has recently started construction in Langfang City, which opened up the development prelude of service outsourcing industry of Hebei Province.
In order to speed up industrial restructuring and change the mode of economic growth, after full investigation and study, concerned parties of Hebei Province selected Langfang City, which is adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin and has unique geographical advantages, to build the province first software services industry base - Langfang software service outsourcing base. This service outsourcing base covers more than 200 Mu, and the total investment is 450 million Yuan. The government will utilize this industrial base and good investment environment of Langfang City, focus on introducing well-known software enterprises at home and abroad, as well as senior software talents, use external resources to promote the development of software service industry. Currently, they have signed cooperation agreements with more than 20 famous enterprises at home and abroad, such as the State Development Bank, IBM and Hewlett-Packard, etc.
After being built-up, this base will achieve an annual output value of 5 billion Yuan, and the annual profits and taxes will amount to 500 million Yuan, which will play a positive role in promoting the overall level of information industry of Langfang City, as well as in pushing forward industrial optimization and upgrading of the province.
To speed up the construction of the base, Langfang City will institute and implement the development plan of service outsourcing industry, and adopted various supporting policies to provide comprehensive services for project construction, in order to lead its rapid development and expansion, strive to create a ˇ°World Office" within the surround-Bohai economic circle.
