On February 16th of 2008, SDIT's Chairman, Mr. Mao Zhongqun, was invited to appear on a famous Chinese TV business show called Boss Town. This particular show selects only the most successful Chinese business entrepreneurs in China to be spotlighted. Mr. Zhongqun's invitation proves that his business acumen and success in the domestic and international business industries are well recognized among others in the Chinese market.
Mr. Mao Zhongqun was born in 1969 and grew up in the Zhejiang provincial area. Even from a young age, Mr. Zhongqun was an avid student and eventually got accepted into Shanghai's Jiaotong University, where he received a bachelor's degree in Automation of Electric Power Systems and Wireless Technology upon graduating in 1991. However, that was not enough for our eager Chairman; so shortly thereafter, he continued with his education and received a master's degree in Electric Power and Electronic Technology in 1994. Ambitious and determined, it was only after he received his MBA from the prestigious China Europe International Business School in Shanghai (CEIBS), did he finally turn his full attention to building a successful company in the challenging yet high potential Chinese market.
Armed with the rich knowledge he had accumulated over the years, he easily filled the role of deputy manager in the Feixiang Group between 1994 and 1995. As with any ambitious and intellectual business man, he set out on his own in May of 1995 to aggressively grow a start up company called Fotile Kitchenware, Inc., which has become one of China's most successful companies to date. This company has quickly become a well known kitchen hardware brand in domestic and international markets over the years, while each step of the plan leading to its current success has been carefully directed and supported by the CEO, Mr. Zhongqun.
As with the growth of Fotile Kitchenware, Inc., we are confident that Shanghai Digital Information Technology, Inc. also has the ability to continue with high growth success in both offshore software development outsourcing markets. With a strong chairman also helping to lead SDIT in the right direction, our expectations will continue to be set very high.
