In August, with the invitation of our client, one of SDIT's staff has been sent to the United States for testing training. The training will last about three weeks. However, this is the first time for SDIT to send people out, and SDIT regards it as a good start of staff's skill training.
As we know, training is very common and important in IT industry, it can cultivate qualified IT talents to meet the demands of global markets. In SDIT's company culture, training is also a key part, we always provide external and internal training to our staff so that they can instantly update and consolidate their IT technological knowledge.
In the past, due to some conditional reasons, SDIT hadn't tried to send people abroad for training, but now, thanks to the cooperation and invitation of our client (One world-famous global technology and controls company.), we are able to send our people out for better training and learning more technological skills. This overseas training is with pith and moment, and it is a historical beginning of SDIT.
In accordance with SDIT's company culture, we will insist on providing both external and internal trainings to our staff, and after this successful overseas training, we will try to send more staff out to study and practice in order to enhance their IT skills and capacity. In software outsourcing industry, talent is a very key point of success and competitiveness, just because of this, SDIT pays great attention on the capacity training of our staff.
Sending people out for training at clients' sides can let them understand more about the clients' technical requirements so that we can satisfy every criterion of our clients, this is a win-win strategy.
